Mosques, Temples and Heritage

The petition is entitled stop building mosques and temples that do not fit in with this countrys buildings and the explanatory notes say

"this is wrecking english heritage"

In my experience, mosques and temples are rather aesthetically pleasing, as compared to, say, new shopping centres and Bovis homes and other unattractive modern buildings.

Furthermore, I don't suppose that, say, Durham Cathedral was all that fitting with the rest of the buildings in Durham when they started it - fiendish Normans! Wrecking English heritage!
